His real estate journey began in 2012, exploring global property markets before immersing himself in Dubai real estate in 2014. He has an in-depth understanding of property regulations, investments, and financial strategies.
Holding a Master’s in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications, Abdul combines market intelligence with a client-first approach, ensuring that every real estate transaction is built on trust, transparency, and maximum value. His mission is to make property buying, selling, and investing in Dubai a seamless and profitable experience.

Operations Manager
With a strong foundation in real estate, banking, auditing, operations, and administration, Mahejabeen Shaikh ensures the smooth and efficient operations of Delta Homes. She started her professional journey in 2011, gaining expertise in property listings, permits, backend coordination, and owner-agent relations, making her an essential part of the team’s success.
Since 2022, she has been streamlining processes and optimizing transactions, ensuring that every listing, permit, and client interaction is handled with professionalism and precision. Holding a Bachelor’s in Commerce and a Master’s in Commerce, she blends financial expertise with organizational efficiency, ensuring that every real estate deal progresses seamlessly.
